Shipping

Shipping Origin
All orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom.


United Kingdom Delivery
Standard delivery within 3–5 working days

Orders are fulfilled via trusted carriers including DHL, Royal Mail, and Hermes.

Please note that weekends and public holidays are not considered working days.


Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

This is typically sent within 1–4 working days depending on your selected delivery option.


International Delivery
International orders are shipped via DHL and include tracking once dispatched.

Shipping costs vary depending on destination, weight, and package size, starting from approximately £18.

Delivery typically takes 5–15 working days, depending on location and customs clearance.


Pre Order Items
Pre order pieces are crafted specifically for you.

Please allow 2–4 weeks for production after payment confirmation. Once complete, your order will be dispatched and you will receive tracking details.

If your order includes both pre order and in stock items, it will be shipped together once all items are available.


Processing Time
All orders require a processing period prior to dispatch.

• Standard processing: up to 2 business days
• During peak periods: up to 5 business days

Processing time excludes weekends and public holidays.


Returns


Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy and are happy to accept returns if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.


How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please use the Return Centre available via the footer menu on our website.

If you require assistance, you may also contact us at hello@xzenda.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

Please note:
We do not provide pre-paid return labels. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:
• In original condition
• Unworn, unwashed, and unused
• Free from marks such as makeup, perfume, or deodorant
• With all tags attached and in original packaging


Refunds

Once your return is received, it will be reviewed before approval.

Approved returns will receive a refund for full-priced items, excluding original shipping costs, provided items are returned in a resellable condition.

Please allow up to 14 working days from the date your return is received for processing.

Refunds are typically processed within 7 working days and may take an additional 5–10 working days to reflect in your account depending on your bank.

We reserve the right to withhold refunds if items are not returned in their original condition or have been damaged after purchase.


Shipping for Returns

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Items remain your responsibility until they reach us. We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service and retaining proof of postage.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.


Exceptions

• Custom or altered items cannot be returned
• Gift cards are non-refundable
• Clearance items may only be returned for store credit


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you can report this through the Return Centre or contact us at hello@xzenda.co.uk.

Damaged or defective items must be reported within 2 days of delivery.

Please note: slight variations in colour, pattern, and placement may occur. Differences may also arise due to screen settings.
