UK Delivery Time and cost

- Standard UK Delivery - (Delivered within 3-7 working days) -£4.99 -7.99
- Items are dispatched via DHL and Royal Mail.
- Deliveries are made within 3-7 working days (excluding bank holidays) after you place your order. Please note that weekends and Bank Holidays are non-working days.
- Order tracking will be available and will be sent to you via an email which informs you that the order has left us. You can expect this despatch email to reach you up to 4 working days from placing your order (depending on your selection of delivery type).

US Delivery Time and cost
- FREE for orders over $150/£120 (Delivered within 7 working days)
- Standard Shipping: Delivered within 7-15 working days- $13/£10.99
- Express Shipping: Delivered within 2-3 working days) via DHL $27/£22.50
- Order tracking will be available and will be sent to you via an email which informs you that the order has left us. You can expect this despatch email to reach you up to 4 working days from placing your order (depending on your selection of delivery type).

Your order can be delivered anytime between 8am and 6pm and a signature will be required on receipt. If you are not around to take delivery of your order, you can contact the carrier directly to rearrange or the carrier will leave a calling card informing you on what action to take to receive your order.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
International orders are dispatched via DHL and tracking numbers will be available on order shipment.

Shipping prices are applicable to all orders under £120/ $150 This is to supplement the charges incurred from reputable delivery companies. These prices ensure that your product is delivered to you safely and on time.

* Shipping times provided are an estimate and are applicable to orders placed before 12pm (GMT/BST) Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 12pm (GMT/BST) Monday to Friday will be dispatched the following working day; orders placed after 12pm (GMT/BST) on Fridays will dispatched the following Monday. Please allow two additional working days for Highlands and Islands.

RETURN POLICY

- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase simply send the item to us in its original unused condition within 30 days of date of delivery for an exchange or refund.
- To return your order send an email to xzendacollectionuk@gmail.com. Refunds will be received and processed within 7 working days. Please note, refunds may take a further 3-5 days to appear in your account depending on your bank.
  
  IMPORTANT:
- Only unused items will be accepted for refund (Please return items in their original condition.
- The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel by special delivery or using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
- Remember to ask for a proof of postage receipt which you should retain until you receive your refund.
- We will review the returned package and contact you to let you know that your exchange has been accepted. We will issue a store credit or an exchange on receipt (excluding the original delivery charge), providing our goods are undamaged and returned in a re-sellable condition.
- Please allow 14 working days (from the date we receive the returned item) for an exchange to be processed.
- We reserve the right to withhold a refund if goods are not returned in their original condition and/or if our goods have been damaged after point of sale.
