UK Delivery Time and cost
  • Standard UK Delivery - (Delivered within 5-12 working days)  £7.99-£10.99
  • Items are dispatched via DHL, Hermes and Royal Mail.
  • Deliveries are made within 5-12 working days (excluding bank holidays) after you place your order. Please note that weekends and Bank Holidays are non-working days.
  • Order tracking will be available and will be sent to you via an email which informs you that the order has left us. You can expect this despatch email to reach you up to 4 working days from placing your order (depending on your selection of delivery type).


US Delivery Time and cost

Standard US Delivery - £18.99 approximately delivered within 7-15 working days.

Express US Delivery - £25.00 approximately Delivered within 5-7 working days.

All US orders are shipped with FEDEX and DHL and are fully trackable. FEDEX/ DHL will not deliver on Public Holidays.

  • Order tracking will be available and will be sent to you via an email which informs you that the order has left us. You can expect this despatch email to reach you up to 4 working days from placing your order (depending on your selection of delivery type)

  • Your order can be delivered anytime between 8am and 6pm and a signature will be required on receipt. If you are not around to take delivery of your order, you can contact the carrier directly to rearrange or the carrier will leave a calling card informing you on what action to take to receive your order.



  • International orders are dispatched via DHL and tracking numbers will be available on order shipment.


All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfilment center by the applicable carrier. Depending on a number of factors, standard domestic and international orders may take up to 2 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process. During sale period the processing time can increase to up to 5 working days.

After your payment is authorised and verified, standard orders can still take 2 business days to process. This is just an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays.


Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from grass-fields.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.

If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock: we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order, issuing a refund to your original form of payment for the item(s) not in stock.


We have 14 days return policy and we are happy to accept returns if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.  Simply  return your purchase within 14 days of your delivery date.

 with order number and reason for return. We do not provide pre-paid labels, the cost of returns is the customer's responsibility.


To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be:

In their original condition as received.

Unused, unwashed, free from stains or wear such as makeup, perfume, deodorant, with tags and in its original packaging.

We will review the returned package and contact you to let you know that your exchange has been accepted.

We will issue a store credit (excluding the original delivery charge), providing our goods are undamaged and returned in a re-sellable condition.

Sale items can only be returned for a STORE CREDIT

Please allow 14 working days (from the date we receive the returned item) for a return to be processed.

Refunds will be received and processed within 7 working days. Please note, refunds may take a further 5-10 days to appear in your account depending on your bank.

We reserve the right to withhold a refund if goods are not returned in their original condition and/or if our goods have been damaged after point of sale.

You will be responsible for paying for your own delivery costs for returning your item.

Delivery  costs are non-refundable, delivery costs will only be refunded if there is an error with the order. 

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel by special delivery or using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

Remember to ask for a proof of postage receipt which you should retain until you receive your refund.


Custom items cannot be returned (Where size or length has been altered due to customer request, such items cannot be returned).

Gift cards cannot be refunded.


Damaged and defective items must be reported within 2 days, please contact us at returns@xzenda.com for assistance. 

Please note that due to the nature of African print fabrics, patterns, fabric placements and colour may vary from the pictured item(s). Some colours may appear brighter or different in person. While we strive to make items appear as seen in photos, we have no control over this

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item(s) you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new one. We are unable to hold your preferred item(s) as there is no guarantee we will have what you want at that time.

    •  I placed an order, but never received a confirmation email.

    If you do not receive an email from XZENDA within hours of placing your order, and it’s not in your 'Spam' folder, the email address on file is most likely spelled incorrectly. Please contact our Customer Care via email for assistance to update your order details.

    • How do I change or cancel my order?

    We’re super quick at processing orders to make sure that you receive them as soon as possible. You can change your order as much as you like before you click “Checkout” but after this point you will be unable to make changes to your order. Keep in mind our system is designed to fulfil orders as quickly as possible. We cannot cancel or change an order once it has been placed. In such cases, you can return the item(s) to us in accordance with our return policy

    •  How long after I place my order will it ship?
    1. Where items are 'ready to ship', please allow 1-3 working days for your item to ship.
    2. For 'made to order' or 'pre-order' items, please allow 2-4 weeks after payment has cleared for your item to be made prior to dispatch.
    3. If your order consist of a mix of pre-order and in stock items, your order will be dispatched in one shipment, this includes next day orders. Any next day orders with pre-order items will be dispatched once the stock has been delivered to our warehouse.

    Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. It may take up to 24 hours for an order to be processed. Kindly note shipping may be delayed by our verification team if confirmation is needed for the order.

    You may also view the status of your order, by logging into your XZENDA account. For customers selecting Express Shipping, please keep in mind your order must be placed before 13:00 GMT to leave the same day Monday - Thursday.

    • How long does it take to ship internationally?

    It usually takes 1-5 business days to arrive in your country however, in some instances, delivery may be delayed depending on your country's customs.

    • I am an international customer. What are the custom tax/duty I should expect to pay?

    XZENDA is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges. The customer is responsible for the charges, even if the shipment is refused upon delivery. If the package is returned to our warehouse, there will be a bounce back fee.


    .     Can I return the items if I change my mind about my order?

    Yes, If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase simply send the item to us in its original unused condition within 14 days  of date of delivery for a refund.
